This coffee comes from a collective of producers who are members of the FAF network, a Brazilian farming sustainability movement based on the Serra do Cigano farm. The results are evident in this full-bodied yet smooth coffee with notes of roasted hazelnuts, almonds and caramel. Perfect for espresso and milk-based drinks. It is expertly roasted by Carrow Coffee Roasters, a start-up roastery based on a family farm in County Sligo, West Ireland. They roast top quality beans to the highest standard, favouring light to medium roast that allow the beans intrinsic flavour to shine through.
