From a small hold farm in Huila, southern Colombia this Castillo variety of coffee is sweet
and full-bodied with notes of milk chocolate and malt. Decaffeinated at origin using a nonchemical process. This filter coffee is perfect for use in a stovetop coffee maker, French press or filter coffee machine. It is expertly roasted by Carrow Coffee Roasters, a start-up roastery based on a family farm in County Sligo, West Ireland. They roast top quality beans to the highest standard, favouring light to medium roast that allow the beans intrinsic flavour to shine through.
