Our recipe-in-a-jar is so simple and easy to make, and is completely delicious! Just add all the jar ingredients into a bowl, and add a little butter, egg and vanilla, and bake!

How to Use

You will also need:
90g melted butter/ coconut oil
1 lightly beaten egg
½ tsp. vanilla extract.

1. Preheat oven to 170 °c.
2. Place jar contents into a bowl, adding butter, egg and vanilla.
3. Mix to combine before rolling into walnut size balls.
4. Place on a large, lightly greased or paper lined tray, approx. 10cm apart.
5. Flatten slightly and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
6. Cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container for freshness.

Makes approx. 16 cookies.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Up to 6 months when stored as above.
