This wonderful malty grain has been created using spent grain leftover from the beer brewing process (don't worry, there's no alcohol left!) - contributing to a circular economy and combatting food waste. It's high in fibre, high in protein, contains Prebiotic Fibres, which are good for the gut, along with B Vitamins and Minerals (Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium & Iron). Just 1 Tablespoon will provide 10% of RDA of Fibre. Not only is it packed full of goodness, whilst minimising food waste, it also tastes great too! With a malty, slightly nutty flavour profile, it's the perfect addition to home baking. In a nutshell it's a simple sustainable way to boost fibre/protein and flavour - what's not to love!
