After opening their first store in Dublin at the end of 2019 with local Irish franchise partner Ken, Mak and Pat, who own the United Kingdom and Ireland Master Franchise, are excited to continue expanding the The Source brand and open up their unique shopping concept to more customers across Ireland.
Coming from diverse career backgrounds Mak and Pat bring valuable expertise that, combined with their passion for zero-waste living and healthy food, has driven amazing growth for The Source Bulk Foods Franchise across the UK and Ireland. Having identified an opportunity for plastic-free bulk food shopping, and subsequently discovering The Source brand while in Australia, Mak and Pat spent a year establishing the brand in the UK before opening in Ireland with a specialised product range catered to the local Irish community.
Agreement Terms
Five years plus an option for a further five years.

Additional Set Up Costs: Contained in our Disclosure Document.
Investment Levels
€225,000 to €275,000
(dependent on site size, conditions and landlord fit-out contributions)
Marketing Support
Ongoing support for local area marketing as well as national promotions.
Training & Support
Comprehensive initial and ongoing training in all aspects including store operations, management, and local area marketing from a Franchisor Store Support Team.
