For maximum benefit, linseed should be ground before use. Add it to hot or cold cereals, blend into yogurts or smoothies, or incorporate into your favourite muffin, cookie, or bread recipes. For a rich, nutty flavour, sprinkle ground linseed over cooked vegetables just before serving.
