Camu Camu is a native plant that grows in riparian zones in South America. The red fruits of this bush have an earthy flavour - a little like cranberries with a tart tangy finish. When dried, camu camu powder has a subtle floral aroma and is a reddish-brown colour. This superfood powder is certified organic and contains no added preservatives. Add this convenient superfood to breakfast or delicious raw food creations.

How to Use
This organic camu camu powder is simple and convenient to use, just sprinkle a teaspoon over any breakfast cereal for a taste sensation. Add it to coconut water or smoothies, or serve with yoghurt and fruit salad.To create a stunning energy bowl for a natural breakfast or snack, blend camu camu powder and a little nut mylk with 1/3 cup of rolled oats or quinoa and your selection of banana, mango, frozen berries, kale or spinach. Blend to a consistency similar to frozen yoghurt, adding a little more mylk if needed.Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with bee pollen and top with fresh fruit, nuts or seeds, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Camu Camu is also a yummy addition to raw treats including energy balls, chia pudding, slices, ice cream and vegan chocolate.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
