GnG Mulled Wine Kit

Place all ingredients into a medium-large saucepan along with 1 litre water, bring to a simmer, ensuring sugar dissolves.
Turn down the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
Cool, then strain through a fine sieve.

Use 400ml (approx. half) of the syrup per bottle of wine (750ml), heat and serve.

This recipe will make 2 bottles of mulled wine.
