How to Use

The cooking time for this pasta is less than that for conventional durum wheat pasta. Bring a large pan of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if desired. Cook for approximately 5-6 minutes or until al dente. Dress simply with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper or include as part of your favourite pasta dish.
