Add omega seed mix to smoothies, acai bowls, quinoa or oat porridge, rice pudding or muesli. Serve with yoghurt and fresh fruit salad or, in the winter, sprinkle over warming stewed fruits. It is also delicious served with soups and hotpots, tossed into a stir fry, with marinated tempeh, steamed greens and a drizzle of olive oil, on top of any fresh salad, or in baking recipes.
