This tasty cous cous is packed full of flavour! The combination of chilli, turmeric, onions and cumin seeds creates a flavoursome, spicy and peppery taste - delicious on its own, or as a tasty side dish. Why not try adding some fresh herbs like coriander, or parsley along with some simple vegetables like tomatoes, onion or spinach. Perfect to accompany fresh fish, meat, falafel or halloumi.

How to Use

Simply place the cous cous in a heat proof bowl and pour over boiling water. Cover and leave for 5 minutes until the cous cous is soft, and has soaked up all the moisture. For 200g of cous cous you will need 350ml of water. Fluff the cous cous up with a fork, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
