Ingredients

Smoothie Base:
1 1/2 cups of water or plant milk of choice (add more if needed) 🌱
1 heaped tbs of tahini (or almond butter) 🌱
1/2 cup of cooked sweet potato or butternut squash
1 medium frozen banana
2 tsp of organic supergreen smoothie booster 🌱
1/2 tsp of cinnamon 🌱
2 tbs of vanilla protein powder 🌱
1 tbs of soaked chia seeds 🌱
Toppings:
Fresh fig slices
Chopped hazelnuts 🌱
Blueberry coconut (1 tbs of shredded coconut mixed with 1/2 tsp of blueberry powder) 🌱
Carob Tahini Drizzle:
2 tbs of tahini 🌱
2 tsp of carob powder 🌱
1 tbs of maple syrup 🌱
2-3 tbs of plant milk 🌱

Method
- In a blender, combine the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Top with fresh fig slices, chopped hazelnuts, cacao nibs, blueberry coconut (1 tbs of desiccated coconut mixed with 1/2 tsp of blueberry powder), sesame seeds and carob tahini drizzle.
- For the carob tahini drizzle, mix 2 tbs of tahini with 2 tsp of carob powder, 1 tbs of maple syrup and 2-3 tbs of plant milk.
