3 tablespoons coconut oil 🌱
1 1/2 tablespoons bicarbonate of soda 🌱
1 teaspoon activated charcoal
10 drops food grade peppermint essential oil (optional)
1 tablespoons bentonite clay
1/2 teaspoon fine himalayan salt 🌱
Method
- Place all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Stir well to combine.
