In just 20 minutes, our Coconut Curry Lentil Soup Mix can be whipped up for an easy and cosy night in! A scrumptious in-house blend of organic red and green lentils, organic shredded coconut, brown rice and mild aromatic spices - just add water or stock, your choice of veggies and a cup of coconut cream or milk for creamier soup! Plus, it's vegan friendly too!

300g Organic Red Split Lentils 🌱

64g Organic Short Grain Brown Rice 🌱

43g Organic Shredded Coconut 🌱

1 + 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika 🌱

1 + 1/2 tsp Fine Himalayan Salt 🌱

64g Organic Green Lentils 🌱

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 🌱

1 + 1/2 tsp Mild Curry Powder 🌱

7 cups of water or stock of your choice

Any vegetables you wish to add

1 cup of coconut cream or milk (optional) 🌱


  1. In a large pot, add Coconut Curry Lentil Soup Mix to 7 cups of water (or stock of your choice) and any vegetables you wish to add.
  2. Bring to the boil, turn heat down and let soup simmer until lentils are soft (approx. 20 minutes).
  3. To create a richer, creamier soup add 1 cup of coconut cream or milk after the soup has cooked.
